About us
Anchor Investments is a private, Nashville-based real estate investment company with a strategic focus to acquire, develop and manage income-producing commercial properties in the Southeast. As a secondary strategy, Anchor purchases residential land or properties and repositions those assets. An active operator and investor, Anchor targets value-added commercial properties that are inefficiently priced due to a variety of circumstances, such as poorly-capitalized ownership groups, vacancies, rollover risk, inefficient current use, deferred maintenance or other unfavorable property and market conditions. Anchor purchases opportunistic commercial assets and creates value by repositioning them and correcting these deficiencies. The partners of Anchor rely on their diverse experience in leasing, management, acquisition/disposition and development of commercial assets to make their investment decisions. Throughout their careers, the partners have taken advantage of market timing and low interest rate environments, thus positioning themselves to have liquidity when capital is otherwise scarce.

This is Redemptive Real Estate... Anchor partnered with The Cupcake Collection in 2023! Prior to Cupcake Collection, there was dead space between two tenants with no storefront. Our team added a storefront and broke the vacant square footage into two spaces. The back was expanded into by an existing tenant. A huge win for them! And the front became the perfect spot for Cupcake Collection to open their third location (at the time)! They opened in early 2024 and have already seen great success at the center.
