Some of the helpers for the Master Chef dinner at Belleair Country Club were Chefs who were successful at the in-person assessment, which is part of AMCO's Assessment Program. The goal of the Assessment Program is to expose Chefs to the expectations of the exam, help them understand the stress of being evaluated by Master Chefs, and help them understand where they are in relation to the standard.
