#FlashbackFriday to Senator Ferrell Haile's visit to American House Hendersonville! Residents and staff members enjoyed an ice cream social with the senator, and appreciated his one-on-one chats. Senator Haile previously held jobs as a pharmacist and as a farmer, so he was able to connect and hold meaningful conversations with the nurses as well as the residents and families.
Great things have been happening this past year and our American House leadership team is celebrating their one-year anniversary with the company. Coincidence? We think not! Jeff Floyd, Alex Germain-Robin and Shea Krause came on board last July bringing a wealth of experience, industry knowledge and laser-focused ideas and have made a meaningful impact on our organization. Among the many successes of their tenure are consistent team training programs that provides personal and professional growth, positive sales numbers and cohesive regional teams fully committed to our residents and families. By continuously promoting our core values, they’ve proven themselves RITE On! Jeff, Alex and Shea have provided solid leadership and guidance, and we are lucky to have them at the helm!

Live music is continuing to fill the halls of American House Wildwood and resident Rip is one reason why. Rip started violin lessons at a young age. Along with acquiring two degrees, spending three years in the Air Force, and helping raise a family, Rip played with different professional orchestras including the prestigious Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra and the Village Philharmonic Orchestra. These days, he has picked up his violin once again and loves playing for his fellow residents.
