CBIA member WWE recently finished a $480 million renovation to its Stamford headquarters, which is home to a staff of 500 and a new cutting-edge broadcast and post-production facilities. WWE recently opened the space for those in the state looking to take advantage of the studio. CBIA's Christopher Davis and Daniel Miller joined Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development Office of Film and Television's George Norfleet for a tour of the space, a discussion of key issues for the growth of the local economy. #cteconomy #workforce #technology

Darktrace, a London-based and award winning, global leader in cyber security relocated into One Manhattan West in NYC. AMA provided MEP design services for this 27,000-sf, column-free, 47th Floor office which features focus areas, collaborative zones, conference rooms, amenities and assembly space for employee gatherings. It was a pleasure to work with Corgan, Gardiner & Theobald LLP and J.T. Magen & Company Inc. on this successful project! Our lighting design group recently completed 33 Taps, a new sports bar in Downtown LA, located just across from Crypto.com Arena. Over twice as big as its other locations in Silver Lake and Culver City, the 8,000-sf space can accommodate up to 350 people, plus another 40 on the patio, and features 50 televisions, retro arcade games, and indoor sports games such as boxing, shuffleboard, foosball, and basketball. Collaborating with the @omgivning_ team, ALD Lighting they were able to bring the cozy, intimate feel of a small-scale neighborhood sports bar to the street level of a new glass-and-steel high-rise! Glad to announce that the New Jersey Hall of Fame Entertainment and Learning Center at American Dream held its ribbon-cutting ceremony last night. The 10,000-square-foot facility was inaugurated by Gov. Phil Murphy and First Lady Tammy Murphy, with NJ Hall of Fame inductees attending. As the owner's representative, Walsh Company played a key role in this project. The center opens to the public on June 28th. Thanks to everyone who contributed to this project. Still celebrating the exciting news from IIDA Southern California Chapter's Calibre awards last month, when NeueHouse Venice Beach was named this year’s winning project in the Transformation category. In reimagining NeueHouse Venice Beach, our team collaborated with Loescher Meachem Architects, DesignAgency, and AMA Group to transform the historic 73 Market Street into a 23,000-SF unique work hub on the Venice Beach boardwalk. Embracing the spirit of collaboration and creativity, this newest location redefines and elevates the concept of a shared workspace. The member-exclusive haven also features a stunning 2,000-SF roof deck and restaurant/bar, where professionals can network and socialize in a welcoming and scenic environment.

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Gensler collaborated with Netflix to meticulously redesign both the interior and the exterior entrance of the Egyptian Theater, a century-old historic landmark nestled in the heart of Hollywood, California. While restoration work up to that point had aimed at restoring the structure and decor to their original elaborately decorated states, Gensler set to integrate new, cost-effective design elements that harmonize with and enhance the existing schemes. 📸 Mike Hume | 📍 Los Angeles, CA
