Earlier this month representatives from Alta Equipment Company's Detroit Branch earned the right to compete in the Volvo Masters World Finals. This global competition sees teams of 3-4 from across a Volvo Construction Equipment dealer’s aftersales department team up to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and expertise when it comes to all elements of the aftersales operation. Volvo Construction Equipment Masters is one of the largest collaborative learning experiences of its kind in the world and a demonstration of the hard work and world-class service which is delivered by Volvo dealers all over the world, day after day. The winning team from each Regional Final then makes it through to the Grand Final which took place on 6-8 May 2024 in Eskilstuna, Sweden – the Global HQ of Volvo Construction Equipment. The Grand Final sees the remaining teams take on two days of challenges before one is finally declared our winning team of Volvo Construction Equipment Masters 2024. Congratulations to Jeff Yaek, Mike Smith , Donny Schooner , Zach Scott on this tremendous accomplishment! Thank you on behalf of Alta Equipment for representing us like true professionals, and Masters of your craft.
