Happy #MembershipMonday Spotlight to Jeff Solomon! Jeff Solomon is the Sr. Vice-President of Customer Success for Allpoints Surveying and has been with Allpoints for 16 years. Allpoints Surveying offers surveying services to production home builders in the Houston, DFW, Austin and San Antonio markets across the state of Texas and has recently opened operations in Florida in the Tampa and Orlando markets. Jeff began his career in the building industry in 1989 and has worked with builders: General Homes, Royce Homes, David Weekley Homes and Beazer Homes. He has had positions as Warranty Manager, Builder, Lead Builder, Estimator, Purchasing Manager, VP of Purchasing, and Operations Manager before joining the Allpoints team. Jeff and the team at Allpoints are very active in the GHBA. Jeff is a member of the Associates Council Committee, has Co-Chaired the BSSG committee, BBQ committee and Chili Cook-off Committee and was the Associate VP in 2021.  He received the presidential Citation for Outstanding service in 2010 and the Bud Inscho – Associate of the year award in 2017. When Jeff was a builder, he also worked on the Green Building Committee and Codes and Standards Committee. More recently, Jeff has become involved with HomePac, Government affairs and Rally Days. Allpoints continues to embrace the work of the Benefit Homes Project that raises money for local charity, by donating food and food-serving at all Benefit Homes vendor appreciation lunches for the last 18 years. Allpoints has also donated surveying services for many of the Benefit Homes that were built since the program began. “I enjoy working with the great staff and association members at the GHBA, there is not a better group of dedicated people, and I am proud to be a part of the team,” said Jeff. “The GHBA allows us to stay connected and current with the different aspects of our industry, network with the greatest associates and builders around, and identifies ways we can support our clients and the building industry that provides so much to all of us.”   Jeff is a graduate of Texas A & M University with 2 degrees, one in Construction Science and the other in Architectural Design. He and his wife Virginia focus on family and enjoy spending time with daughter Kara, their son Matt, and their 4 grandchildren. When not spending time with family, Jeff will be working in the garage on one of his classic Mustangs.
