We're excited to welcome Andrew Ditto to the Allio team as our Head of QA! After graduating with his BA in chemistry, he quickly discovered that he'd rather be working in software. He got his first QA job at a small startup, and found a passion for making great products. During that time he discovered the joy that comes with working with people who are passionate about what they do. Outside of work he loves to read, play board games, and go on walks with his family. Why he joined Allio: Startups live and die on the passion of their first team members. Everyone has to be willing to dive in, sacrifice, and do things that are hard. At Allio I see a team being built of people that are want to create a great product and experience for their users. People that are willing to try new and crazy things, and most importantly: People that are passionate about getting things done. The greatest times of growth I've seen in my life is when I'm surrounded by people like that, because they support me, and push me to grow beyond what though I was capable of.

Lesley grew up in far west Texas, spent 20 years in Colorado, and now splits the difference in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has 15+ years of experience working for tech startups, with 10 years of experience building high-performing support operations from the ground up. A Jill of all trades, she enjoys wearing multiple hats and collaborating with talented people to get the job done. When she is not assisting Allio clients, writing documentation, or analyzing data, Lesley enjoys ultrarunning, gardening, birding, reading, and watching movies. On why she wanted to join Allio: “I’m excited to join Allio because we are building a truly unique, modern investing platform where every team is intensely focused on creating an exceptional investor experience. It’s an incredible opportunity to work with a creative, hard working team and build a product that has the power to transform peoples’ lives.”

Additionally, with masters degrees in International Economics and American Foreign Policy from Johns Hopkins University, Chris brings a comprehensive global mindset and macro focus to the role. When he’s not working with Allio investors, Chris is an avid runner, reader, part-time musician, and loves to get out of the city and into nature.
