  • BWP’s next General Manager will have the privilege of leading a community-focused, mission-driven municipal utility that is respected for its focus on sustainability and its commitment to providing excellent customer service.  Overseeing an annual combined operating and capital budget of $415 million which includes a Capital Improvement Program totaling approximately $45 million, the General Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that BWP’s staff and resources are used effectively and efficiently to serve BWP’s 50,000 residential and business customers. BWP’s daily activities are carried out in accordance with the organization’s mission, purpose, and values.
