About us

All Square is a civil rights social enterprise that uses its brand, commercial activities, and social programs to channel wealth and power to those impacted by mass incarceration—thereby intervening in the private market to the benefit of those whom the market was specifically designed to exclude. We channel our investment in those impacted by mass incarceration through two arms: The Fellowship & Restaurant: Our Fellowship invests in 14 justice-impacted Fellows annually, building on their existing skills and goals to foster economic mobility. The Legal Revolution: Our Legal Revolution’s Prison-to-Law Pipeline program democratizes legal education by ensuring that incarcerated scholars have access to ABA-accredited paralegal and legal degrees.

The Legal Revolution is honored to welcome, and host, Equal Justice Works Fellow Lucy Chin. Lucy's EJW legal work with the Revolution's law firm will address the expansive web of collateral consequences by working alongside justice-impacted organizers and currently incarcerated law students & paralegals to provide holistic civil legal services. Lucy will also work in partnership with community organizations to facilitate community education and community practice spaces in order to identify areas for affirmative litigation and policy advocacy. Finally, Lucy's work will utilize participatory legal scholarship methods to co-creating advocacy and educational materials that ensure widespread awareness about the changing criminal legal landscape.
