The ‘BEAT the LEAP’ music video was created as a lighthearted way to boost student morale and celebrate LEAP week, a week when students take their LEAP standardized tests. The video, shared on the 4/24/24 WWL Louisiana 5AM morning news as a display of encouragement, was steeped in New Orleans Culture. Many students in Algiers Charter display creative talents, talents that we showcase with pride. At Algiers Charter, we put students first, and want to encourage all students in the Greater New Orleans area to excel during LEAP testing.
