"I look forward to The Pitch newsletter every week! Thank you for faithfully pulling together all the good info." Are you signed up for our short and sweet Monday morning email summary of programs, news, & happenings at ASA and beyond? https://lnkd.in/erSA4XDy
Shoutout to our Summer Camp staff for several great days of training before we kick off camps on Monday! Thank you to our friends at Little Friends For Peace (LFFP) and our sponsor, Sage Training, for getting us trained up and ready.
REMINDER — Tomorrow is Spring2ACTion! Spring2ACTion is Alexandria’s online “Giving Day” – where we come together to support the organizations that serve our community! YOUR support helps us raise critical funds for our Access4All program, to ensure every child in our community has access to a safe, fun, quality soccer experience!
Last week we hosted a fantastic event with our community partners and friends to help us kick off Spring2Action (April 24!). We love getting together to celebrate the amazing organizations that help us continue to provide soccer programming to kids across every neighborhood in Alexandria, and are thankful to work with so many groups committed to #Access4All. Thank you to Lost Boy Cider for hosting us in their beautiful space!
Love this sentiment. We would also love to share our long-term development plan. In fact, we have an upcoming town hall for prospective Academy participants and their families. Reach out if you'd like to learn more and join the meeting.
TRYOUT SEASON IS AROUND THE CORNER! Clubs will sell their "Pre" programs to get you in the door. If you want the best experience for your child, do not base it on your bragging rights to friends and neighbors. There is only one question to ask a Director of Coaching: Can I see your long-term development plan for your players? We would not accept it if our academic system had teachers educating the kids on random topics and no process. Why do we accept it in sports?
