Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC) is excited to announce that we have launched Mobile Bill Pay and Electronic Statements for our patients. This new technology allows you to have more control over your patient statements. You have all your current billing information available within the click of a few links. Benefits include: ⭐️ Secure online payments, ⭐️ Payments automatically reflected on your account, ⭐️Timely information on your statements and balances. How Mobile Bill Pay Works: ⭐️ You will receive a notification from AAPHC via a text message, e-mail, and patient portal message when a Patient Statement is generated for you. ⭐️ The messages will show your balance and include a link to complete a secure payment. ⭐️ If you make a payment through the link, you will see your patient balance immediately updated in the Patient Portal. We are pleased to bring this new service to our patients for added convenience. Everything you need to know about your patient statements is now online!
