High School graduate or possession of an acceptable equivalent diploma is required. Basic office skills, computer experience, and good customer service skills are required. Must be detail-oriented and dependable. Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, government officials, judges, and the general public. Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive data. Paralegal knowledge or court-related experience desired. Typing/data entry skills required at a level of 35 cwpm or greater. Position Summary Performs clerical duties such as data entry and processing e-filings. Assist internal and external customers by phone, email, or in person. Processes e-filings, including orders and other legal records. Performs routine data entry to maintain and update information. May attend court events. Process incoming faxes and mail, among other duties. Salary $16.00 per hour A full-time position in a professional environment includes insurance benefits, paid time off, 10 paid holidays, eligibility for Public Loan Forgiveness, and enrollment in FRS Retirement Plan.
