Exit Realty in Gulf Shores, led by owner-broker Toni Stanton, recently hosted an education session for their agents. AHFA was invited to present its Step Up and First Step mortgage loan programs, and the Mortgage Credit Certificate program. Forty five Realtors attended the interactive class, all receiving three-hour continuing education credits for their participation.
