 🎉 aidTrain turns 2! 🎉 Today marks a significant milestone for aidTrain as we proudly celebrate our 2nd anniversary! It feels incredible to reflect on when the four of us - Keith Edwards, Shannon Meehan, Laura Malaguerra, and Libby Spader decided to take the leap to start our own business. We had a shared vision to bring back in-person learning after COVID in a brand new way. We designed an approach to partner with organizations that supports their growth but maintains their core values and uniqueness. And above all, we wanted to do it as a team that provides the best support to not only our clients, but each other. After a lot of passion, hard (and fun) work, we are grateful to be realizing our dream. It's this commitment that has fueled our dedication to delivering our training programs to 400+ learners around the world so far!  Of course, none of this would be possible without the support of our workshop participants, clients, partners, and advocates. Thank you to those who have trusted our training programs and allowed us to be part of your compliance journey. Thank you to those who have partnered with us to train your teams. Thank you to those who have recommended our workshops to your friends and colleagues. We'd also like to thank our partner AMREF for their invaluable collaboration and commitment to our shared vision of advancing lasting organizational capacity in Africa. As we celebrate this milestone, we are also excited for what's next - new workshops, new locations, and new regulations to train. See you in the training room!
