You’ve heard us talk about transformation but who’s leading the charge of our company culture? 🤔 Meet Jessica Ell, AgroRenew’s Chief Transformation Officer! 🍉 What experience do you have in the agriculture industry? ⭐ I spent two weeks turning vines sometime in the 2000s. 💀 🍉 What is your role with AgroRenew? ⭐ I’m the Chief Transformation Officer. It’s an unorthodox title because my role is unorthodox – I’m here to ensure our day-to-day aligns with our stated Purpose, Values and Standards. To make sure we walk the walk, in other words. I work on People Development stuff, like coaching and mentoring, as well as Organizational Development. 🍉 What does “transformation” mean to you? ⭐ Transformation is about becoming something different, but I think it’s really important to understand transformation as a guiding principle. I’m guided always by my willingness to believe things can be different and a willingness to try, even when I’m not certain how things will work out. 🍉 What are your most used emojis? ⭐ Most used: 💀 💅 🥂 🍉 What tv shows are you currently binging? ⭐ Unstable! Which, funnily, features a biotech company that makes a bioplastic. Brian is more stable than Rob Lowe’s character, though. Let’s hear it for her hard work! Give Jessica a shout out in the comments! ⤵️
