There is no better way to learn what is working and where we can get better than to get out into warehouses and talk to our team, problem solving and hearing their ideas. My favorite part of a visit is watching our team help consumers discover new products through sampling. Yoshi in the Costco Willingdon, Vancouver warehouse is a master behind the teppanyaki grill, serving up hot and tasty food, explaining the product, answering questions and charming everyone. She is one of many amazing CDS associates I was honored to meet in Vancouver this week.
