We are impressed daily with Britt's work ethic and the way he truly cares about what he does and how he treats others. He leads by example, and we are very thankful to have him leading our Minnesota office. What inspired you to pursue your current career path?  I had been in sales for a while and have a degree in entrepreneurship. I was introduced to staffing through a family member that specialized in healthcare staffing. When I branched out, I realized that this type of position suited me best due to the amount of interaction with people. The opportunity to meet businesses of all different varieties and learn about their operation and philosophies. And then working with individuals to help them secure employment. It is rewarding from both sides and not many other careers provide this opportunity. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received? Invest in yourself. It’s a universal statement that correlates to both personal and professional life. If you were a character in a movie, which movie would you most want to be in and why? Ferris Bueller…because he truly understood the importance of enjoying your day off!!!

📢 HOT JOB ALERT: Panel Bender - DIRECT HIRE Minneapolis, MN $27-33 per hour We are currently looking to fill a Panel Bender for a sheet metal job shop in the metro. The ideal candidate would have panel bending experience, but strong press brake background works as well. This is a 2nd shift position with a great company that provides an excellent work culture and benefit package. If you feel you meet the requirements below, please submit a resume. SUMMARY Performs set up and operation of panel bending machine(s) to bend, shape, and form sheet metal components according to specifications. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reads job specifications, part prints, operator instructions and SPC control charts provided in the production kit to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Positions workpiece against stops or aligns layout marks with guide. Pushes button or depresses pedal to activate machine. Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction. Completes statistical process control (SPC) charts in accordance with in-process inspection instructions using instruments such as micrometers, calipers and tape measures to check parts. Shuts down operation if process varies outside of SPC control limits and notifies team leader and/or quality assurance personnel.
