Dwight Farmer is celebrating 30 years at Adena this year. He came on to the scene right out of college and joined a small but mighty team. Now, he is a well-respected leader not only at Adena, but within the communities we serve. Randy, our owner and CEO, had the following to say about Dwight when reflecting on the last 30 years they have spent working together: “Congratulations to Dwight and his 30 years here at Adena. As I have mentioned in previous quotes, there is a group of now old guys that have their prints all over this company and Dwight is one of them. From the first day Ralph Weiser and I met him on-site at our first project at Northwestern High School as an intern from Bowling Green, he has contributed in many ways. As we grew, Dwight was always eager to be in the mix of the toughest client, the most messed up claims and any other conflict there may have been. He is one that runs to the fires and for that has been able to use those lessons in later years to impact our direction and keep our risks at bay in so many cases.
