Our linemen go through pole top rescue training every year to keep up with safety protocols should they need to save a linemen on a pole 👷♂️ ⚡ By using their personal protective equipment, assessing the situation, and safely lowering the dummy, our crews are trained and prepared for emergency situations.

Our employees recently volunteered to do highway clean up, which demonstrates their dedication to community service and environmental responsibility, fostering teamwork and promoting a cleaner, safer environment for all.

Our Operations Coordinators celebrated Administrative Professionals day by touring our Wild Rose substation, which is currently being rebuilt. These ladies work closely with our operations department and line crews to execute daily jobs in the field. And, they work hard behind the scenes when major outages occur. Thanks for all of your hard work Deb, Lori, Daydre, Danielle, Michelle, and Amber! 👏

Co-op Principle #7 - Concern for Community ❤️ Our employees generously donated money and supplies to put together Easter baskets for local nursing homes and assisted living facilities in our service area. Deliveries of 20 Easter baskets were made to 7 facilities last week. We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter 🐰🌷

Two of our Friendship linemen, Tim and Garrett, and three of our Wautoma linemen, Ryan, Jason, and Lucas, have been working on rebuilding our Wild Rose substation. The rebuild is expected to be complete later this spring and will ensure we're providing safe, reliable power to our members. Great work guys! 👏⚡️👷 Fun fact: This substation has been in service since 1958 and at the time, the land was purchased for $1.00!
