💥 Dial System Automation 💥 🦾Utilizing two FANUC LR Mate 200iD/7L robots, this machine uses a dial system to assemble the customer parts. Consisting of four stations to perform various tasks this machine assembles, roll forms the parts, does a rotation inspection and ends with linear inspection before being marked and placed into a box for final packout. 💯Dial system assembly automation allows for precise control over each step to ensure consistent quality and high throughput rates, completing a part every nine seconds, only requiring one operator to periodically load and unload parts, trays and boxes. This solution, in turn also minimizes the need for manual labor reducing costs and the potential for errors.
