New and exciting technology and machinery being incorporated at Ace Fabricators Inc this year. Jeremy Moore and Melinda Acevedo-De Los Santos setting up the lenses for the shop inspectors. First with the tablets, 2nd plate machine, pipe bender, press break and shear and now these lenses; this will be a HUGE move into “virtual reality”. BTW, we’re not done yet… Hoping to have the lenses ready to use on our 2,355 ton high school going into production next month.

For the past nine months, we’ve been using tablets to obtain signatures for our shipping tickets during deliveries. The success of this approach prompted us to introduce tablets in both of our shops last month. Now, we can monitor the status of materials and track whether they’ve been cut, fitted, welded, or loaded at any given time. 😊 Technology!! #technology #Tablets
