As part of our ongoing commitment to "Small Town, Big Care" and delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare, The Point represents a new era of care in our community. The first clinic to open under this new brand is The Point Primary Care, set to begin operations on August 15th. Located at 820 South Broadway Street, Church Point, LA 70525, The Point Primary Care will offer a comprehensive range of services providing personalized and preventative healthcare for individuals and families. Dr. Carrie Guidry and Dr. Jacob Clement will be the physicians at The Point Primary Care. Both doctors are proud Louisiana natives with training in family medicine and gerontology.
