A massive shoutout to Crew 17 for their exceptional work last week on a job in Olympia for Puget Sound Energy! Working on a bustling street, they went above and beyond to prioritize the safety of both pedestrians and their team 🚧

During our second Bootcamp all-employee meeting, we focused on contributing to the communities where we're fortunate to work daily. Working together as a cohesive team, we handcrafted 52 fleece blankets for Project Linus, an organization dedicated to providing comfort to children in hospitals, shelters, social service agencies or wherever children may need support. The story of Paver, the AA Asphalting Sasquatch, illustrates the strength of teamwork and how our collective effort can truly make a difference! 

This Monday, we seized the opportunity to host our second Bootcamp all-employees meeting at AA Asphalting. Working daily in diverse communities across the PNW presents a unique experience. This event serves as a chance to unite all five yards under one roof, bringing together individuals who may not cross paths in their daily work. Despite being divided into 5 yards, we are one cohesive team. Enter the tale of Paver, the AA Asphalting sasquatch, who guided us through the day with five distinct groups – the Ravens, Bears, Badgers, Foxes, and the Moose. Paver's story illustrates that though we may tread different paths in life, collaboration, trust, and respect can lead to incredible outcomes. These guide groups trekked their way through peer-hosted sessions, delving into key elements crucial to our company's success. They not only encouraged teamwork but also provided a platform for our teams to connect, fostering a deeper understanding of each other. Together, we're paving the way for success!
