Sin embargo: vivimos en permanente cambio el cual en el día a día no percibimos lo que nos lleva a tomar decisiones que muchas veces no son ni las más adecuadas ni las más oportunas. Para verificar conductas requerimos workshops para avanzar y anticipar 3 tipos de cambio : en el día a día, en el año y dentro de 3 - 5 años.

Esto va tanto a nivel institucional como a nivel de los líderes de la organización. El cambio y la transformación se deben percibir como algo natural dentro del proceso: la regla más que la excepción.
