Regular touch bases whether it be as a team backed up with individual check ins. Some people don’t respond well to pressure to go in a team call so I actually think it’s about knowing your team, finding ways that work for them and using a variety of those to keep regular contact, updates on the shared goals of the team and giving credit where it’s due. Simple things like messaging to say good morning all or have a good weekend- so the team feel acknowledged even when not physically together.
