Para evitar o minimizar esta dificultad, resulta indispensable establecer espacios reales de comunicación, capacitación y compromiso previos al inicio del proceso de reporte propiamente tal. Don't let them pass without a little fanfare. This tied in with giving the team acknowledgement of their contribution to the milestone in part and the project in whole can have a team buzzing to the next task.

Evaluate by looking at the BETA testing, check the list of outcomes, impact and effectiveness as it should measure the quality standards in place. Ask open ended questions to establish what can be done to streamline the process to reach a desirable outcome.
