For example Nice can do almost everything but can be cost prohibitive so these capabilities become irrelevant 2. Connectivity and data integration is integral while considering WFM software. WFM tools need to interface with HRIS tools, payroll, Talent Management Systems, Finance and operational tools and data need to be shared… Hiring Data architects and investing in ETL tools such as Apache and Hadoop also should be considered in the initial as well as experienced IT Project Management
