When faced with unexpected changes the staff should be calm, united/teamwork and patient because change is always resisted and not all changes are negative,so every staff should be given a chance to air his/her Idea,skill, knowledge etc some changes always helps us to grow no matter how negative they are but on positive attitude we always do win.

During a major corporate event we were planning, we received news just 48 hours before the event that our primary venue had a critical water issue and could no longer host us. Panic started to spread among the team, but I knew staying calm was crucial. I immediately called an emergency meeting, and we quickly assessed our options. We reached out to our network and found an alternative venue that was available and could accommodate us on such short notice. Firstly understand the situation,and focus on the best possible solution we can make it out at that moment without packing. Staying calm coz it will help to get better ideas , considering team's vote as well on the changes and decision which we gonna make it , and try to give our 100% in this kinda situation as well so even if it's not work will not feel bad that we didn't try.
