You should never tire or stop chasing excellence. Chase excellence and success will chase you automatically. In the 3D Industry, realism is the most crucial thing that sets you apart from others. So finally, you've to achieve realism as much as you can. The most important thing is to keep your teacher in your mind. No matter how skilled you are, you'll definitely need the help of your teacher throughout your professional life. So never forget who was behind you when you were nothing and that person turned you from nothing to something.

Beyond the provided steps, setting personal milestones can be a crucial part of building confidence in your 3D modeling skills. Establish small, achievable goals within your learning journey, such as completing a specific type of model or mastering a particular technique. I remember one of my mentor actually scolding me in my early days because I wasn't coming with up an Idea. He scolded me because I wasn't looking at other people's work and trying to be "Original" ;). his qoute "you're not the one and only creative guy on this planet Hassan. look at other's work. don't be mean towards others. Inspiration can come from anywhere,you might seek inspiration from your surroundings, there are many websites on internet, I Personally Like Pinterest, but there are many other websites like Artstation, Behance, DevianArt, or Even a Simple Google search can be enough. Youtube is a great place to seek inspiration.

I started my game dev career wanting to be an environment artist. The best inspiration for 3D modeling environment assets is our natural world. Go outside! Pick up a stick or a rock and imagine how you would 3D model it. When you closely analyze your surroundings, you gain the ability to model realistic assets. From there, you can add, subtract, and tweak reality to model anything you could ever imagine.

When I make time to give myself little goals I enjoy that aren’t related to work projects, I can explore more modeling tools that I have yet to use. Without pressure to perform, it is easier to explore possibilities in creating forms that may someday be useful, but for now help with you just feeling more comfortable with your program of choice. When you’re learning, find something simple to begin with like an item on your desk, play some music you enjoy and try to slip into a flow state!

Here's the process I follow - 1.1st understand the basic principles to work in a 3d space like shapes, lighting, shading , texturing etc 2.Then once you have a solid foundation start with a software you are comfortable with and research about the tools what they do and what's the main focus you want. 3.Have conversation with industry experts to know about the industry standards and change your process accordingly 4. Share your work online which ever platform works for you benefits in this digital age that's compulsory 5. Have fun working, enjoy the domain of your work which you really wanna do and focus upon

An important thing to remember, for the longer road: Learning software and button-presses and clicks in the beginning feels like the way to keep improving. However, quite soon in your career will learning software stall out in terms helping you improve your work. Instead, the true ceiling for your ability to improve is your understanding and mastery of art fundamentals.

Find a place to work, even for free, for as long as you can handle doing that! Work with a team and you will be surprised to find out that their process isn't much different than yours...that builds up confidence real quick.

In my experience,Working with 3D requires alot of patience and dedication the idea is to turn your vision into reality so of course it has to be bound by design principles to avoid making something so unrealistic that it can't be managed in real life. It all comes down to implementing the idea and running with it until you reach your goal you might make a thousand wip but in the end as long as you're satisfied with your outcome it's a wonderful journey. 3D is bringing magic into life in many different ways and it's only growing as we speak to reach new heights we never imagined years ago.
