I use the Kirkpatrick-Phillips model. At the first level - CSI/CSAT (content, teachers, service, LMS), at the second - knowledge assessment (learning outcomes), at the third - assessment of changes in behavior after online learning. If it is online learning in a company, then at the fourth level I look at the KPI of the employee and department, and at the fifth - ROI.
