However, when I get into a workflow, and I'm grinding away at a text or solving a programming problem, I forget about those mini-breaks. Only a break reminder app has helped me, as the screen fades out or overlays for a few seconds. My tip is: force it.

Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise per day, and vary your routine to avoid boredom and injury.
Eating well is another essential aspect of maintaining your physical health. Your diet can affect your energy levels, your brain function, your immune system, and your overall well-being. Try to eat a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, and plenty of water. Avoid skipping meals, snacking on junk food, or drinking too much caffeine or alcohol. To sleep well, you should follow a regular sleep schedule, avoid using your devices before bed, create a comfortable and dark environment, and avoid caffeine, alcohol, or heavy meals at night. You should aim for at least seven to nine hours of quality sleep per night, and avoid napping too much during the day.
