Being a fluent speaker of 3 languages, I have often struggled to find the exact term to describe what I have in mind. The beauty of languages is that sometimes some things cannot be perfectly described and encompassed into one single word, depending on the language you speak. I often see the meme about being "bye-lingual" rather than bilingual, and it's as funny as it is true. I find myself constantly borrowing words from English, Spanish and Italian when I speak. Some people dislike the fact that English is permeating the vocabulary of other languages, but I find it extremely useful. We should all borrow words from other languages that just make sense in the context of what we are trying to say!

I find that immersing yourself in another language can be done quite easily with all the access we have to media. Additionally, by seeking out mentorship or networking opportunities with experienced translators who specialize in these areas, you could broaden your translating horizon and become a more versatile translator. Engaging with professional associations and attending conferences can also provide valuable insights and connections. Practicing translating materials within your chosen specialization to build your confidence and competence.

Visiting places around the world can help you learn languages. You must also have the passion to learn languages. There are free websites and books you could find in your library to gain language skills. It will take long hours of sitting but it will make you successful. This would be my go to resource since many famous people started from the library.
