Automate Research : 🔍 Automation tools can gather data and conduct research efficiently. 🌐 They scour the internet for trends and competitive insights. 📊 Automating research saves time and provides a solid foundation for your copy.
-
I actually disagree with automating research in many cases. Using tools to pull together sources for you to review manually is a great time-saver, but be wary using tools that scan content and pull summaries out for you. You'll be a much more effective writer if you engage directly with your research material.

Good copy is well-researched. Research helps in: - Understanding trends - Better understanding of topic - Analyse the pain points So, to write simple > Read more.

Automated tools cannot be overemphasized, they make your work as a copywriter compact. Imagine, having a lot of articles to create and you're trying to do everything on your own, you might not meet the deadline. That is where the automation tools come in.
A well-structured outline is the backbone of compelling copy. Automation tools can assist in organizing your thoughts and ensuring a logical flow of information. They can suggest headings and subheadings based on your topic, which helps in crafting a clear and concise message. With the heavy lifting of structuring your content handled by automation, you can concentrate on fleshing out the details that will captivate your readers.
-
The obvious answer here is ChatGPT / AI. But you must know how to write / outline / create templates before you ever consider it. If you just use whatever AI generates, it will usually be cliche and broad. Study formats like PAS, AIDA and PASTOR to help you understand ways to coherently write copy and use AI to supplement, not take over.
-
Create Outlines : 📝 Automation tools help organize thoughts with suggested headings. 🔲 They ensure a logical flow and structure for your content. 💡 Using tools for outlines frees up time to focus on content details.
-
I think CHATGPT helps in this area. However, before allowing yourself to use it for your own convenience. Do remember this: Basics are essential. Formats are necessary. Being dependent is not a cool thing. AI exists as a supplement (helps YOU craft a better copy). Master the basics. Be clever enough to optimize your workflow. Leverage tools to provide value.
-
When using a tool like ChatGPT to create an outline, don't just feed it an article title and ask it to create an outline from that. Start stream of consciousness of typing - write out at a high-level everything you want to hit on in your piece (and even just anything that's rolling around in your brain) and THAN ask ChatGPT to translate that into an article outline. I've had more success that way.

You have 3 seconds to spark a dopamine rush in your prospect's brain with your copy or they'll leave. Here's how to do that: - Benefit oriented headline - Add curiosity - Make it unique
The initial draft of your copy can be one of the most time-intensive parts of the writing process. Automation tools can provide templates and language suggestions to kick-start your writing. While they cannot replace the human touch needed for high-quality content, these tools can help overcome writer's block by suggesting phrases and sentences that align with your brand's voice and message. This can expedite the drafting phase, allowing for more time to refine and polish your copy.
