Most importantly with the outside sales strategy. Work smart not hard. Categorize & prioritize your clients. From category A to D. Based on the below. 1- Expected returns from each client. 2- your current relation with them (Warm/Cold). Category A I.e top Priority should be the ones with the highest returns and a warm relationship. Category D I.e Zero Priority. Should be a no relation & a no return client. Clearing more time & Successfully pining out your potential clients and concentrating your efforts on the right deals. OTHER TIPS - Make sure you have done your home work by gathering intel about your clients pre your visit. - Set a goal to achieve in each visit.
