Success is failure turned inside out. Failure is information about what does not work. Success is taking that information and building from that point. A lot of my failures were due to a lack of information. Accepting the fact that failure is part of the process fuels my mindset and drive today. When I encounter failure I say, “ teach Teacher😃”.

Its always easier to remember your success because there is a positive turnout in oneself. But fail to understand that our failures are the milestone for our successes. I would suggest we write down the reasons why there was a failure and take corrective action. This comes handy when we mentor our next generation as well. When someone, either your colleague or your mentees come up to you with enthusiasm to start a venture, encourage them and also highlight truthfully in a candid way where you failed and how your failure can help them understand the caution they will have to apply in areas you failed. Reassure them that you will be there for them to become successful. Never shy away from your failures. Accept and impart the experience.
