Documentation plays a big role not only in computer repairs but also in many services. That helps us to identify the procedure we have already done and prevent us from repeating the same task. I am actually not saying to refer to lots of past documentation to fix an error but while troubleshooting new inquiry (maybe hardware or software), Keep remembering to have a note that would be more effective. I faced this repetitive testing in the beginning of my repairing career and It's a really inconvenient experience. Then I started taking notes while the repairing process was in progress.

In testing, I found that they were in a state that didn't observe Daylight savings, which would always offset them by an hour. This issue turned out to affect much more than just invites, the entire scheduling system needed to be reworked.

Teaching juniors was really needful in repairing to keep the repair technitians further. Some of my customers came to me and they asked how to fix frequent errors of a device and I am always giving them little idea about how the computer is working and fix the most frequent errors. Then they initiated their process and now they are quite good at repairing computers.

Sharing is caring. Mentoring others, whether they are juniors or seniors, can only contribute to growth—both yours and theirs. Making yourself irreplaceable by NOT SHARING can only get you so far. You also learn from them, as they may know things you don't, including certain tech expressions, troubleshooting techniques, repairs, and more. Always look to improve existing methodologies, and don't be afraid to think out of the box. There was an instance where my organization had their documentation scattered on a network drive, divided between several departments and user accounts. It is a disaster. Implementing an internal wiki put everything in a single repository, tagged, sorted and searchable. Instead of trying to organize hundreds of disparate documents in a chaotic uncontrollable system, it was better to create a new system entirely that had features unheard of previously.

In my experience, I've learned not to be blind to all possible causes and solutions when troubleshooting. If you mentally box yourself in, it can often lead to overlooking simple solutions. This wastes your time, the customer's time and hurts overall productivity and efficiency.
