What are the barebones brass tack gains of your IA plan? What will the benefits be to the client? How much time is it expected to take? How much do you expect to run into complications in that journey? On the other hand, large scale ideas do nothing for an engineer. Ideas become empty platitudes when the fine details matter. For engineers, you must bring a clear, concise, plan to the table. Show them the blueprint, explain the choices for the building materials, and walk them through the interior decorations of the project.
