Je délègue : je nomme un responsable Je confie: j'associe en confiance la responsabilité et la bonne marche d'une tache, d'un secteur, d'un projet . Les modalités d'organisation structurelle et législative d'une entreprise ou d'un projet sont capitales sur les possibles formes de délégation . Pour exemple, il n'en sera pas de même dans une SARL, une SAS, une Coopérative SCIC ou une association . Il appartient donc au porteur de projet de bien étudier la forme juridique la plus adaptée à ses objectifs car celle-ci aura des incidences multiples et notamment sur les modalités de fonctionnent interne entre membres, associés et salariés .
