As former Director of the Graduate Center for Research and Retention at Western Michigan University, I created a retention-based matrix of professional development programs, seminars, and workshops to strengthen the skills of both graduate students and their doctoral advising faculty. Investigar con la curiosidad de los niños donde la pregunta del ¿por qué? los va guiando y se cuestionan hasta encontrar respuestas, investigar es otra forma de volver a esa niñez, a esa curiosidad. Y, al aprender los distintos métodos y metodología nos da mayores posibilidades de tener respuestas.
