Interviewers are usually sensitive of prospects ill of their past jobs and bosses or if there are negative facial gestures as you speak about your experience. Because we are still operating from a human interaction context, speaking ill and sounding bitter will work against you. Any shock and hurt should be dealt with adequately enough that it doesn't show.
