Esta muy bien la utilización de materiales sostenibles, pero no se piensa (por lo menos en España) en algo importante, el mantenimiento de los materiales instalados, hacemos miles de libros de utilización, de mantenimiento de superficies, fachadas, etc. Pero a la hora de la verdad no se "exige" un mantenimiento adecuado de los elementos instalados. Si no se exige un mantenimiento adecuado los elementos que se están instalando actualmente se tendrán que volver a "repensar" cuando en el 2050 sea obligatorio cumplir con las normativas que nos estan marcando. Es una reflexión que llevo ya tiempo haciéndome.
