What deliverables are needed along the way? What outputs will the stakeholders receive that demonstrates you’ve met their requirements? What documentation will be needed to support the system once it’s implemented? You’d also want to develop a schedule that includes milestones. Flexible and realistic project scheduling depends on the fact that no two projects are alike. Use your list of deliverables as a framework for adding milestones.

For customer satisfaction; the significant factors will affect the project plan or schedule and should be taken into consideration when planning IT SERVICES projects are: 1. The nature of the project; starts from scratch? or upgrade? or just a view process enhancement? 2. Client expectations from the project outcomes. 3. The current status of the client hardware and software (i.e., compatibility with the required services). 4. Providing the necessary resources in terms of numbers of professional manpower to ensure the quality of project outputs without putting pressure on the project’s profit. 5. The maintenance, support and evaluation/ grantee period shall be taken into account in the project plan if this is stated in the contract.
