One family that I met onsite had a problem with their laptop... the computer kept on doing its own thing when in the house. When they took the computer to a repair man at a shop, the computer behaved admirably. SO.. I turn up and sure enough, the computer was doing its own thing in their residence. I noticed they had a wireless mouse and so I asked them if they had a wireless keyboard. They said yes, but they don't use it. I asked where it was, and they said it was in the food cupboard. So I asked them if I could see it, and there it was, still turned on with a six pack of beer on top after the last party the prior week.!!!

Tive um problema com um PC esses dias, o qual tinha sido trocado de lugar os pentes de memória. Depois de um mês, quando ligava o PC, ele desligava e ligava caindo na BIOS com data e hora certa. Troquei as memórias para os mesmos lugares de antes e continuava acontecendo, perdendo as configurações da BIOS. Depois de vários testes sem sucesso, retirei e coloquei a bateria o qual perdeu a hora e data, reconfigurei a BIOS, e mesma coisa, quando ligava pela segunda vez caia na BIOS. Estava desconfiado que fosse a Memória RAM que tinha dado problema por causa do XMP, aí resolvi fazer um novo teste, trocar a bateria, e voilà, funcionou. Então, por mais que a bateria esteja segurando data/hora, se ela tiver problema, não irá segurar toda a BIOS.

I graduated with a diploma in computer engineering in 2006 and upgraded to a bachelor's degree in information technology in 2014. I have more than seven years of practical experience. Since 2008, I have worked as a network engineer at the Expatriates Authority and moved to Kushite Company in 2012. I started as a junior system administrator, then progressed to system administrator, and finally senior system administrator, where I handled a variety of tasks. Due to the war, I stopped working in 2024.

I graduated from college in 2013 and I've since retired although I would like to help out anyone I possibly can. This may help me as much, if not more. And I definitely appreciate any and all experience with fellow colleagues and IT professionals. Thanks so much in advance for this experience 😊

Always ready to learn new things, everything is not going to be thought in school, build yourself and pay attention to every details, I graduated with HND in computer engineering but half of my knowledge is not from the school.
