In group projects at university, it's important that all members feel heard and able to contribute meaningfully. As the leader, I try to set the tone by asking each person for their thoughts in brainstorming sessions. When new ideas arise, I make sure to go around the group for reactions. During work, if someone seems withdrawn, I check in one-on-one to see if they have anything to add. An inclusive team dynamic leads to better outcomes. By actively soliciting input and creating a welcoming environment, a diversity of perspectives emerges, enriching the project.

The most important virtue of the leader is to listen to others. Knowing the team members and their thinking traits is crucial. Informal interaction before forming a team can facilitate this. Once team is formed, taking opinion of members and weighing it on right scale before arriving at final decision, is I feel right method to take decisions. Trust needs to be developed. This can be done by leading by example. Leaders should have worked as a team member, then only he can understand the mindset of the people. Leader must contribute to the team, as a team member first and then as a leader. What is happening, though, is, the leaders(earlier team members) after becoming a leader, are detaching themselves from the welfare of the team members.

To ensure everyone's voice is heard in our higher education group project, we'll establish open communication channels using both synchronous and asynchronous methods. Regular virtual meetings will provide opportunities for all team members to express their ideas and concerns. Additionally, we'll utilize collaborative platforms where members can contribute asynchronously, allowing flexibility for diverse schedules. Encouraging active participation, setting clear expectations, and promoting an inclusive environment will foster a collaborative atmosphere where every team member feels valued and heard.
The next step is to establish the norms and the tools for your group project. How will you communicate and coordinate with each other? How often and when will you meet, and for how long? What platforms or tools will you use to share information, feedback, and progress? How will you make decisions and resolve disagreements? Setting some ground rules and expectations for your group project will help you create a respectful and productive atmosphere, and avoid misunderstandings or delays. It will also help you choose the best tools and methods to communicate effectively and efficiently.
The third step is to encourage participation and feedback for your group project. How will you ensure that everyone has a chance to contribute and express their opinions? How will you solicit and provide constructive and respectful feedback? How will you acknowledge and appreciate each other's work and ideas? Fostering a participatory and feedback-oriented culture for your group project will help you leverage the diversity and creativity of your group, and improve the quality and outcome of your project. It will also help you build trust and rapport among your group members, and enhance your learning and satisfaction.

In my experience of the last years, the most important thing is to be open to listening to everyone, and the more diverse and plural the team, the better. We should have multicultural teams and promote dialogue, active listening, and collaborative work; only then will we achieve success.
The fourth step is to address the challenges and the conflicts that may arise in your group project. How will you cope with different work styles, personalities, or backgrounds? How will you deal with procrastination, absenteeism, or free-riding? How will you handle criticism, disagreement, or dissatisfaction? Facing the challenges and the conflicts that may emerge in your group project will help you develop your problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and strengthen your resilience and adaptability. It will also help you maintain a positive and supportive relationship with your group members, and prevent or minimize the negative impact of these issues.
The final step is to reflect and celebrate your group project. How will you evaluate your performance and progress as a group? How will you identify the strengths and weaknesses of your project, and the lessons learned? How will you celebrate your achievements and recognize each other's contributions? Reflecting and celebrating your group project will help you consolidate your learning and growth, and appreciate the value and benefits of working in a group. It will also help you end your project on a high note, and express your gratitude and admiration for your group members.

Primarily the group has to deliver the product/project in stipulated time, and these group members/individuals have taken up chosen profile/roles as per their capabilities. Now there are various challenges they face while performing their duties so there should be proper inter-team communication which should be checked at regular intervals along with their work performance.
