Today most of SMEs team structure are outbound focused. In the last 10 years most of companies not updated themselves. Setting allbound goals related with lead and demand gen and delegetaing people are quite imposible. In my mind the best way is to increase awareness at the management level first. If the management refuses nothing can be done for the long term as outsourcing. So I think there is nothing to understand with team strenghts but analyse management first.
