With everyone having a positive contribution, it opens the way for more ideas, creative solutions and overall, a way to work together. That's not easy but well worth it. Leading the team is like being the master of ceremony. Be creative in and get everyone involved. I like to get the quiet members engaged first to be heard in the room. Ask a lot of questions about everyone's experiences, within timely reason, to extract concepts or things that have worked in similar situations and with what tools, feedback that may have yet to be explored for input to the shared objective. Leading a virtual team means being creative.
