Logística cómo área transversal de toda la organización debe trabajar en equipo, no solo equipo de logística, sino que en equipo con todas las áreas involucradas. Si nuestro equipo trabaja como entes separados, no vamos a lograr los objetivos planteados. Debemos trabajar en equipo y se debe contar con un líder acorde a las exigencias del sector.
