I don't think I would necessary choose a specific PM tools for Operations, the key to success if how we implement the tool. The important thing to consider however is NOT to confuse operation practice with PM tasks required to build/improve Operations capability. For example we should use a Service Management tools such ServiceNow for Incident/Problem/Change practices, and a Project Management tool for building Operations capability.
