We all know in a presentation your content is the Key..When your content is presented in an effective and impactful manner..The audience will always remember the nuances of each slide, because they would have formulated a memory of the content seen.

Absolutely, understanding your audience is paramount in creating effective workshops. It's not just about the content you deliver, but how it resonates with the participants. My most effective strategy was providing what they told me they were looking for and no one else was offering: live, online, unique small group training. (They can bring their own group or join in my two or three offerings each year.) EVERYone has time to ask questions during each workshop, build rapport with group members, and help each other by sharing THEIR experiences, too.
